TAS1R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS1R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X1, GAGE13, and GALP. Each is linked with TAS1R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R1-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X1 grouped by TAS1R1-low versus TAS1R1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
