TARS3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,233 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1F, RRBP1_S615, and GFM1. Each is linked with TARS3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS3-to-partner and partner-to-TARS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
