TARS3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,075 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TM2D3, DLG2, and SLITRK4. Each is linked with TARS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS3-to-partner and partner-to-TARS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
