Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA1, POLH-AS1, and TRIM64EP. Each is linked with TARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS2-to-partner and partner-to-TARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA1 grouped by TARS2-low versus TARS2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
