Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Akt_pT308, and PAI-1. Each is linked with TARS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS2-to-partner and partner-to-TARS2 results are reported.
