Across TCGA cell cohorts, TARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,335 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Threonyl-tRNA aminoacylation, Aminoacyl-tRNA metabolism involved in translational fidelity, and Ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TARS2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS2-to-partner and partner-to-TARS2 results are reported.
