TARS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3GL2, IL17A, and DCD. Each is linked with TARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS2-to-partner and partner-to-TARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SH3GL2 grouped by TARS2-low versus TARS2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
