TARS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,261 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSUN2, SMC2, and TRIP13. Each is linked with TARS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS1-to-partner and partner-to-TARS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARS1 versus NSUN2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
