Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,684 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRIX1, CCT5, and CEP72. Each is linked with TARS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS1-to-partner and partner-to-TARS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARS1 versus BRIX1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
