Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,649 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPF, SLC6A12-AS1, and TUBAP4. Each is linked with TARS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS1-to-partner and partner-to-TARS1 results are reported.
