Across TCGA cell cohorts, TARS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,882 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane, Dicarboxylic acid biosynthetic process, and Response to rapamycin. Each is linked with TARS1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARS1-to-partner and partner-to-TARS1 results are reported.
