TARDBPP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARDBPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,280 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARDBPP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CCAR2_S678, COL3A1, and COPG1_S12. Each is linked with TARDBPP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARDBPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARDBPP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARDBPP1 versus CCAR2_S678 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARDBPP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARDBPP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
