Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARDBPP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,109 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARDBPP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening, Vesicle localization, and Carbohydrate homeostasis. Each is linked with TARDBPP1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARDBPP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARDBPP1 results are reported.
