Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARDBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,713 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARDBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2T, MSH2, and CIP2A. Each is linked with TARDBP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARDBP-to-partner and partner-to-TARDBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARDBP versus UBE2T in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARDBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARDBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
