TARBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,173 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, EIF4B, and U2SURP. Each is linked with TARBP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP2-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARBP2 versus MYG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
