Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,639 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, DLGAP5, and HMGA1. Each is linked with TARBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP2-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARBP2 versus CBX7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
