TARBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,946 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ42, MTND4P1, and GBP5. Each is linked with TARBP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP2-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ42 grouped by TARBP2-low versus TARBP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
