TARBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,896 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are URB2, TFB2M, and TOMM20. Each is linked with TARBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TARBP1 versus URB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
