TARBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL18, MIR3661, and RBMY3AP. Each is linked with TARBP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL18 grouped by TARBP1-low versus TARBP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
