Across TCGA patient cohorts, TARBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TARBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, eIF4E, and GATA6. Each is linked with TARBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP1 results are reported.
