Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TARBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 67 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TARBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOL5, KHDRBS2, and TRIM60. Each is linked with TARBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TARBP1-to-partner and partner-to-TARBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOL5 grouped by TARBP1-low versus TARBP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TARBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TARBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
