TAPT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,167 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP1, DDAH1, and HTT. Each is linked with TAPT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TAPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPT1 versus CTBP1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
