Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,020 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLS3, CTBP1, and SMIM14. Each is linked with TAPT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TAPT1 results are reported.
