Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAPT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,654 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of bone development, Vesicle coating, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TAPT1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TAPT1 results are reported.
