Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TAPT1-AS1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TAPT1-AS1 data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TAPT1-AS1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAPT1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where TAPT1-AS1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
