TAPBPL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBPL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,566 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPBPL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, TAPBP, and PSMB6. Each is linked with TAPBPL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBPL-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBPL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPBPL versus PSMB10 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
