Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBPL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,903 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAPBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLAAT4, HLA-F, and PSMB9. Each is linked with TAPBPL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBPL-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPBPL versus PLAAT4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
