Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBPL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 368 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAPBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2P1, BAG3, and TRIM36. Each is linked with TAPBPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBPL-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P1 grouped by TAPBPL-low versus TAPBPL-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBPL→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBPL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
