Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBPL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAPBPL-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and Mre11. Each is linked with TAPBPL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBPL-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBPL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by TAPBPL-low versus TAPBPL-high in UCEC.
