The most reproducible TAPBPL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of antigen processing and presentation, Regulation of antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with TAPBPL in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBPL-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBPL results are reported.
