TAPBP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,038 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPBP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAP1, PARP14, and PSMB8. Each is linked with TAPBP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBP-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPBP versus TAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
