Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,648 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNFSF13B, OAS2, and STAT1. Each is linked with TAPBP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBP-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAPBP versus TNFSF13B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAPBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAPBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
