Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAPBP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Annexin-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with TAPBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBP-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBP results are reported.
