Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAPBP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,324 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAPBP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen. Each is linked with TAPBP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAPBP-to-partner and partner-to-TAPBP results are reported.
