Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,961 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV7, STAT1, and GBP1. Each is linked with TAP2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP2-to-partner and partner-to-TAP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
