TAP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,792 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TWF1, BAG3, and AIMP1. Each is linked with TAP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP2-to-partner and partner-to-TAP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
