Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,447 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptide antigen transport, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib, and Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with TAP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP2-to-partner and partner-to-TAP2 results are reported.
