TAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,735 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL2, APOL3, and NMI. Each is linked with TAP1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAP1 versus APOL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
