TAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP9-8, GCAT, and RPL3. Each is linked with TAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAP1-to-partner and partner-to-TAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP9-8 grouped by TAP1-low versus TAP1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
