TAOK3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,472 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CAPG, DOK2, and LPXN. Each is linked with TAOK3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK3-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAOK3 versus CAPG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
