TAOK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,361 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELPLG, IGSF6, and ITGAL. Each is linked with TAOK3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK3-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAOK3 versus SELPLG in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
