TAOK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAOK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF7, RAB3GAP1, and DESI2. Each is linked with TAOK3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK3-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF7 grouped by TAOK3-low versus TAOK3-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
