TAOK1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,472 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX1, TRIM37, and IFT20. Each is linked with TAOK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK1-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAOK1 versus CBX1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
