TAOK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAOK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, RBM47, and LEO1. Each is linked with TAOK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK1-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by TAOK1-low versus TAOK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAOK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAOK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
