Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAOK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,396 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAOK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-serine phosphorylation, Peptidyl-serine modification, and Regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with TAOK1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK1-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK1 results are reported.
