Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAOK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAOK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C6orf118, TNP1, and MCHR2. Each is linked with TAOK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAOK1-to-partner and partner-to-TAOK1 results are reported.
