TANGO6

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANGO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,453 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANGO6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS4A, FTO, and DHX38. Each is linked with TANGO6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANGO6-to-partner and partner-to-TANGO6 results are reported.
