TANGO6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANGO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,707 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANGO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, C12orf43, and PSMC2. Each is linked with TANGO6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANGO6-to-partner and partner-to-TANGO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by TANGO6-low versus TANGO6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANGO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANGO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
