TANC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,673 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJB6P8, TIMP3, and MEIS3. Each is linked with TANC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TANC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TANC2 versus DNAJB6P8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
