TANC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TANC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,790 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TANC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGN1P31, CDCA2, and FAM72B. Each is linked with TANC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TANC2-to-partner and partner-to-TANC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGN1P31 grouped by TANC2-low versus TANC2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TANC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TANC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
